How do we replace the diesel generator turbocharger, and what are the specific steps?

1. Clean the engine and replace the filter element. Dirty oil will be drained, with 70% of the diesel fuel plus 30% of the oil into the engine, start the engine running 3 ~ 5min to clean the engine and oil pipeline, and then drain. Add in the right amount of oil again, run for 5~10min and then drain it off. Replace the oil filter and air filter, and then filter and add clean lubricating oil to the full scale of the oil scale, so as to ensure that the engine lubricant and oil clean.

2. Check the turbocharger. Check whether the new turbocharger model is compatible with the engine, rotate the supercharger rotor by hand should run freely, if the impeller stagnation or the feeling of touching the shell, to find out the reason before installation.

3. Check whether there are debris in the intake pipeline of the compressor and the exhaust pipeline of the engine before the turbo, in order to prevent debris from breaking the impeller.

4. Check the supercharger oil inlet pipe and oil return pipe. Supercharger oil inlet and return pipeline should be clean, inlet and return pipe can not be twisted and blocked. If the supercharger oil inlet and outlet sealing gasket, check whether the gasket has corrosion, deformation phenomenon, the gasket can not block the oil inlet and outlet.

5. Pre-lubrication supercharger. The supercharger is installed on the engine, not access to the oil pipe, first from the supercharger inlet to the supercharger to add clean oil, and hand rotor, so that the supercharger bearings are full of lubricating oil before connecting to the oil pipe.

6. Test run. Start the diesel engine, 3 ~ 4s within the supercharger inlet must show the oil pressure, to prevent the supercharger bearing system due to lack of lubricant and damage. Run 2min, check whether the rotor rotation is smooth and no noise, and then stop, observe whether the rotor can run smoothly by inertia, under normal circumstances about half a minute before stopping.

8.發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)負(fù)載運(yùn)行時(shí),油壓必須在196～392kPa之間才安全，怠速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí),油壓應(yīng)不低于70kPa。

9.渦輪后的排氣背壓和空氣濾清器壓力降均不得超過(guò)4.9kPa,空氣濾芯應(yīng)避免潮濕,因?yàn)槌睗駷V芯會(huì)顯著增加壓力降。
